kate's worst day ever...so far

Kate: Mommy, something sad happened at school today.

Me: What?

Kate: Some boy called me "Chicken Head" and he called Annagail "Pretzel Head."

Me: I'm sorry.

Kate: Yeah. It was the worst day of my life.

That sweet baby that I held in my arms just yesterday...she turned 5 years old today. How blessed am I? How much must my God love me to give me such a precious gift? She is my delight, and I am insanely thankful for this sweet child.
